Accessibility at the Düsseldorf Oktoberfest
We have made the festival barrier-free so that all guests can enjoy the Düsseldorf Oktoberfest.

Barrier-free access and grounds
The entire festival grounds and the marquee are barrier-free and accessible for wheelchair users.
Sanitary facilities
Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available on the premises and are easily accessible.
Parking facilities
Four disabled parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the marquee.

On-site support
Our service and stewarding staff will be happy to answer any questions and provide minor assistance.
Please note, however, that the following supports are not possible:
- Toilet assistance
- Lifting or carrying guests
- Support with the intake of food or medication
- Medical care
Accompanying persons
An accompanying person is required if:
- the guest cannot be assisted independently during an evacuation,
- communication with the staff is not possible or
- safety instructions cannot be understood or followed.
Assistance dogs
Unfortunately, assistance dogs are not permitted on the festival grounds due to the noise level and limited space, as this would not be appropriate for the species.
